Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the size, weight, and nature of our commercial fitness equipment, all sales are final once the equipment has been picked up by the customer or accepted for delivery.

Customers are encouraged to review the equipment, specifications, dimensions, condition, and any other relevant information before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Equipment

If you receive equipment that is materially different from your order, the incorrect equipment was provided, or there is an issue with the equipment at the time of pickup or delivery, please contact ABC Fitness Group LLC promptly so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Freight and Transportation

Our online store is primarily configured for local pickup. Due to the size and weight of our equipment, shipping and freight charges are not calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping or freight delivery may be available throughout the United States upon request. Transportation arrangements and costs are quoted separately based on the equipment, destination, and delivery requirements and must be agreed upon with the customer before shipment.

Freight, delivery, installation, and transportation costs are not included in the online purchase price unless specifically stated and agreed upon in writing.

Shipping, freight, delivery, installation, and transportation charges are non-refundable.

Warranty

Any warranty offered on specific equipment is subject to the warranty terms and conditions provided for that particular purchase. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the equipment and the customer’s location. Warranty service, parts, labor, travel, shipping, and transportation are not automatically included unless specifically stated in writing at the time of purchase.
