Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, condition, photographs, and other available information before completing a purchase.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website apply to the equipment described in each listing unless otherwise stated. Transportation, freight, delivery, installation, assembly, and other additional services are not included unless specifically stated or agreed upon in writing.

Orders are subject to payment authorization and product availability.

LOCAL PICKUP

Our online store is primarily configured for local pickup. Customers are responsible for coordinating pickup arrangements with ABC Fitness Group LLC.

SHIPPING AND FREIGHT

Because commercial fitness equipment is large and heavy, shipping and freight costs are not automatically calculated during online checkout.

Shipping or freight delivery may be available throughout the United States upon request. Transportation costs are quoted separately based on the equipment, destination, accessibility, and delivery requirements.

Any shipping, freight, delivery, installation, or related charges must be agreed upon with the customer before shipment.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the size, weight, transportation requirements, and nature of commercial fitness equipment, sales are generally considered final once the equipment has been picked up by the customer or accepted for delivery.

If equipment received is materially different from the order, incorrect, or has an issue at the time of pickup or delivery, customers should contact ABC Fitness Group LLC promptly so the situation can be reviewed.

Any applicable warranty or service coverage will be governed by the warranty terms communicated for the specific equipment at the time of sale. Warranty coverage may vary by product and location.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Inventory is subject to availability. Because some equipment may also be offered through other sales channels, availability may change before an order is finalized.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ABC Fitness Group LLC shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, transportation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper operation of equipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that equipment is properly installed, maintained, and operated according to applicable manufacturer recommendations and safety requirements.
